NS3 and NS7 name servers out of sync

We used to use a dynamic IP address. Now, we are using a static IP address. the static IP was updated in the "dynamic record" block. But, the NS3 and NS7 were not populated with the new static IP. Do I have to move my records from the "dynamic record" to "A record"?

Hi. Checking now. all 4 name servers delegated to - ZoneEdit and DNSEXIT, return the same IP address for @ and www. If you don't see this, copy back your dig or nslookup, and we can take a look.

I still don't get the correct IP from ns3 and ns7 from zoneedit.com. But, the ns17.zoneedit.com returns the correct IP.
Below is the nslookup output. I changed the correct IP to x.y.z.165.

It doesn't allow me to post the nslookup output saying they looks like spam. I have to reformat the output. My command is like

nslookup korestone.com ns3.zoneedit.com

It returns Server: Unknown; Address 128.199.65.59; Name korestone.com; Address: 173.73.12.98

Only the ns17.zoneedit.com returns the correct Address: x.y.z.165
