Hi,
I am a legacy customer on Zoneedit and today I noticed that the DNS info coming from your servers for my domain point to 192.64.147.142 instead of my IPs, which is causing a ton of issues wit the services I offer my customers, and since there are no MX record in my zones (due to this issue) my email is being affected greatly.
This IP appears to belong to Voodoo.com which is a parking service.
I have logged into my ZoneEdit account and since this is a secondary DNS for my domain there is not anything can configure or change, therefore I am thinking that this is a mis-configuration on ZoneEdit's end and may need to be corrected by them.
So how do I get this fixed? And fast?
