NS Records

When I try to edit the NS Records via the "Whois Editor via the "whois" link on the Domain Information page" link, I get the following.

Registry Error
error_bar.gif

Error
There was a problem talking to the registry. The error was:
Registry Error: Backend error

This error has been logged, and our support staff have been notified.

If this sounds like a temporary problem, you can try again by reloading your browser.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I am trying to point my domain to a third part nameserver and not easyDNS nameservers.

hi there

hmm that is strange.. at present there is no whois link for me and there should not be as zoneedit is not the domains registrar. You can only change delegated nameservers at a domains registrar.

Domain Name: SNOWDENGROVEBASEBALL.COM
Registrar: TLDS, LLC DBA SRSPLUS
Sponsoring Registrar IANA ID: 320
Whois Server: whois.srsplus.com
Referral URL: http://www.srsplus.com
Name Server: NS16.ZONEEDIT.COM
Name Server: NS9.ZONEEDIT.COM
Status: clientTransferProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited
Updated Date: 08-sep-2014
Creation Date: 07-oct-2008
Expiration Date: 07-oct-2017

the NS records inside the zone should point to:

Name Server: NS16.ZONEEDIT.COM
Name Server: NS9.ZONEEDIT.COM

and not to the :
spo########erver.com nameservers currently listed.

thanks
sandy
