Non-existent domain: tenang.net

Dear support,

My dns zone: tenang.net
Name servers: ns4, ns12

When I tried to lookup "dell.tenang.net", an error found:

*** google-public-dns-a.google.com can't find dell.tenang.net: Non-existent domain

Please advise.

Hello Herman.

You had ns12 & ns4 specified in your NS records, that is not the place to specify nameservers.

NS records are used to specify a subdomain to a subset of nameservers, not to specify the domains delegation. I have just corrected the issue, please allow up to two hours to fully propagate.
