No log information for website

My company has inherited a website from a client. The client does not have their log-in information and we need to make some changes for them.
What can I give you to help me help myself? Thanks

Hello,

The client would need to visit https://cp.zoneedit.com/support/reset_password.php

Issue a password reset, then forward you the email containing the new login credentials.


If that fails, the client could send an email to access (@) zoneedit.com to request assistance.
