My web and email just stopped working this morning

I need help with my my DNS and email, which stopped working this morning. things I have checked:
I have made no changes - I woke up this morning with it not working
It is paid up - 85 credits left, and you took one off last month
I have not made any changes for some time
I have done the zoneFile Check - all OK
You servers seem up

PLEASE HELP!

Can you please reply with the domain name of concern.. as well .. check the domains whois record and make sure the domain is not on ClientHold at its current registrar.

Thank you so much for responding, I am feeling rather desperate as this is my work email.

The domain is obvioussoftware.com. I own it until November 15, 2020.

Originally bought from Register.com, transferred to ZoneEdit some years back. And ZoneEdit subsequently became a part of EasyDNS. Thus, you should be the registrar. The registrar URL shows http://www.domain.com (DOMAIN.COM, LLC) - how is this possible? Or is this a part of ZoneEdit/EasyDNS?

There appears to be client hold information as follows?
clientHold http://www.icann.org/epp#clientHold, clientTransferProhibited http://www.icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited, clientUpdateProhibited http://www.icann.org/epp#clientUpdateProhibited

How is this possible and where is this coming from? How do I unblock my domain?

I believe the legacy zoneedit had a connection with domain.com for domain name registrations but this is no longer in affect.
You would have an account at domain.com with which to administrate the domain name itself so you would need to gain access to that account at zoneedit
to have the ClientHold removed from the domain name.
