My DND Zome office366.ch is not visible in the Management Site

Dear Customer Support, my DNS Domain = office366.ch is no longer visible with my Account, but still registered at zoneedit.

what can I do, to get access to my domain

Have you tried the lost password recovery page at https://cp.zoneedit.com/support/reset_password.php ?
