MX record change to Google for non-profits

Hello,
Trying to change the MX records of my domain to point all mail to Google for Non-profits. Currently using the mail maps but am interested in changing the MX record to SMTP.GOOGLE.COM as per Google instructions. It appears to be changed and correct in my Zone Edit account but when I use a look-up or try to verify my MX records to activate Gmail, it says my MX record is MX-CAPRICA.ZONEEDIT.COM. Not sure why it appears changed in my ZE dashboard and everywhere I can think of but is not actually changed when I try look up and verification. I have allowed a couple of weeks to propagate. Any advice appreciated!

Hello,

I can gladly look into the issue for you. What is the domain name you are having issues with?

Hello,

Note that the domain pocominorlacrosse.com is currently not delegated to ZoneEdit servers and is instead using Amazon/AWS servers:

Name Server: NS-577.AWSDNS-08.NET
DNSSEC: unsigned

This is why the MX record under your ZoneEdit settings is not working as ZoneEdit is not the current DNS provider. To fix the issue you will need to enter the MX record with your current DNS provider which is AWS.

If you've given it a couple of weeks and it’s still showing the old record, you might want to double-check that there aren't any conflicting MX records or cached DNS entries.
