Missing Credits

A couple of years ago I added some credits to my account with the intention of utilizing email etc but I never got round to it.
Having had a bit of free time I thought I would start to look into it only to discover that the credits are missing from my account.
I emailed Support a couple of times but had no response
What's happened to my credits?
