Mail forwarding not working or very slow.

I am not getting forwarded emails to either of my domains "aldenwoods.com or banfieldhollow.com" they should be getting forwarded to my Xfinity email account.
Why are they no longer being forwarded or take multiple days to receive any? My mail maps have been in place for years, but have started having issues in the past few months.

We checked the mail forwarding logs and we can see emails are being sent but there is about a 5 min delay on the recipient side.

Sent a few test emails and they still have not come thru... been over 45 mins.
