I noticed today that mail is not being forwarded from my domain (brianwhited.com). I'm curious if there are any outages or changes that would cause this?

We have discovered an offending domain name that has cause a very large queue to build up. We have found and removed the offending address and
mail queues are starting to flow as usual now. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
On another note.. you domain is still delegated to our verify.zoneedit.com nameserver used for account access.
Could you please contact the registrar and remove that servers as soon as is convenient.
