Lost my user and mail registered

Hi! I'm Julian Macera, and we're trying to access to our account in Zone Edit but we don't have access to the info about this security questions cause the person in charge about this has gone 10 years ago.
How can we proceed? Could you at least gave us the email that was registered in the domain serena.com.ar?
We need help with this ASAP.
