Lost info on account

I have a customer who has an email address …@southernmusicdigital.com
If I do a search it says zoneedit host the email.
They have no idea who hosts the email.
They do not recognize your name.
They do not know admin account info or anything about this email / domain.
They do not know their own email passwords.
How can they gain access to their account.
The person who set up the account has died.
Can anyone help me with any info on this account.
