Unfortunately, we found ourselves in a complicated situation.
We have forgotten the password of our user account and also do not have access to the email address we used on this site.
We are able to prove our ownership of our website in any way necessary.

What is the way to access the account?

There are a couple of ways you can verify your account - you can use the security questions on file or if your domain is with a different registrar than zoneedit you can update your list of nameservers to demonstrate ownership. Or if we are able to contact you via the email and phone number in the account. Here is our knowledge base article on account/ domain access:

our IT staff leave our company suddenly and we dont have access to anything and unfortunatly he doesnt provide information
 
please change our account's email address to this email
because this email address will be activated from tomorrow and today we can not recieve emails

tomorrow i will change the password via forgot password page
