Login problem

Dear all,

We have a problem login into the site. Ours domains are ssn.gob.ar and ssn.gov.ar. We try to login with our password but we are rejected from the site. We try to reset the password, but when we recive the new credentials the site rejected us with the same message:dns.png
Please support us becouse we need to add and modify some records in our zone.

Select the Forget Password link.
Please answer the security questions for a password reset email to be sent out.
 
I did three times the process selecting the link, but the message is the same. I received the mail with the new password but the system reject me, using the new password case sensitive. Thanks in advance
 
You are now blocked for too many attempts, Please wait 15 min and then try to do the password reset again and copy and paste the password.
Once logged in update the password.
