Locked out of ZoneEdit because email address has changed

Hi !

Eagerly waiting for support since last Saturday, on email sent to you by sales _ at _ phasure . com@gmail.com (remove spaces) for help on being locked out of ZoneEdit because the IP addresses used for email by ZoneEdit have been taken down by us (the physcial location of the internet connection (provider) changed).
Hence, your two-factor auth "your browser changed" detection is killing us. :-)

- heart profit nl (heart - profit nl, heartprofit com, heart profit com)
- sales phasure com

We urgently need access to ZoneEdit again, so we can change the IP addresses as nothing now works since our move of office last weekend.

I am sure (by now) that it is me. But all I see for reply (2x now) is what you see attached.
Did you reply to the gmail address ? ... I can't receive email at my ZoneEdit contact address (just saying).

And maybe a hint : The "cc" from what you post over here (this forum) *is* arriving at that gmail address. So some internal procedure makes it the contact address (like for the phasure domain). And those contact addresses don't work ...

I now see that there's a Return Path in there and that is to sales@phasure

I just sent directly from an email with out that return path : sales.at.phasure ...
Did you receive that ? (for return path)
