lagacy account can't add free domain

Hello
I'm a legacy user "kdmitriev" and by my understanding 1 can have 5 managed domains for free. But when i try to add a second domain it asks me to pay credits...
Can you explain please?

Hi! You should be able to add the domain name to your ZoneEdit account for FREE DNS because you still have 3 slots free. Click the "Add Free DNS Domain" link in the top right corner of your ZoneEdit account, to the right of "You have 3 free slots left." If you're still not able to set up the domain name for free DNS this way, let us know!
