Issue redirecting subdomain - not propogating

I am trying to direct our subdomain mail.xxx.org to a name server. I entered the info last week but it is not propogating. If I check it is only shown as propogated to OpenDNS. Not sure what other information I should add here for clarification? DNS is not my specialty (for sure). Thanks.
 
Is this still an issue? Message me directly and provide the domain name so that I can do some queries.
