I'm a paid user but am redirected to the forum when requesting support

I was logged in and filled in the support form via the "Get Support" button while logged in and re-entered my password as part of that form, but on submitting the request, I get an e-mail which redirects me as a "free user" to this forum.

That's not right is it? I'm a paid user with 3 domains on the account as well as monitoring/failover services and a 235 credit balance. Am I entitled to technical support?

The original issue I'm trying to get support on is that AXFR zone transfers are working for my main domains but not a clone domain.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. We will be updating the verbiage on that message soon,. If you are a paid user then your support request would have reached our support queue. have you received a reply yet by chance?

Yes, thanks. But there's no automated acknowledgement that a ticket was successfully raised (besides the already-addressed message implying that it was rejected).

Ted it on to the original issue now - thanks.
