Hello,

We had an account that manages the company's domains, but we lost access to the account because our password was changed. At the time of recovering the password, it is not registered with a domain email account, it is placed in a personal hotmail account.

We need to regain access to the account that manages the DNS of all domains, but we cannot find a way to contact ZoneEdit support

We have control of where the domain's DNS points (through the NIC.AR) but making the change would hit us against all the domains since we do not have the configuration that is in ZoneEdit

We pay 1 credit to be able to have access to personalized support but it still does not impact the credit we buy,

What could we do?

The domains are alladio.com.ar, Drean.com.ar, among other domains
