I am a paying user, but you keep sending me to a community forum

I am a paying user, when I follow the "Get Support" link, you send me an email telling me to come to this community support page, or use the "Get Support" link.

I need help with my my DNS and email, which stopped working this morning. things I have checked:
I have made no changes - I woke up this morning with it not working
It is paid up - 85 credits left, and you took one off last month
I have not made any changes for some time
I have done the zoneFile Check - all OK
You servers seem up
