How do I recover a domain?

I have a domain with zoneedit that was set up with the previous domain administrator. That person is no longer with the practice. I followed the instructions of opening a new account but I am unable to open a ticket with the domain and new account information.

Can someone please guide me what I should do after I add the verify.zoneedit.com NS to my domain?

Thank you. I will prepare the email right now. I am just waiting for the registrar to finalize the domain transfer (should be a hour or so) so I can update DNS.

Hi again ...its best if we can see the zone file before the verify server is added. What is the domain name?
