How do I purchase credits?

How do I purchase more credits?
When I try, it brings up an old invoice wanting me to pay it. So I try...
I get either "An error occurred while we tried to process your payment."
or "An error occurred while we tried to process your payment. Please try again or contact our support staff for assistance."

I can't click support, because I don't have credits. if it helps, the invoice is 570668. Thanks!!

Hello,
There was an already processed invoice from 2017 causing an issue. You can now select Buy Credits from the USER drop down menu to add more credits.
