Hello- This is the support forum for free DNS accounts with Zone Edit.
How can I help?
 
Hi, I have been tasked with sorting out a website for a client, I have access to the portal but cannot see the issue.

The Domain is airref.co.uk, it comes with suspended, but I see no outstanding payments etc..

Zone Edit is only the DNS provider. The IP the ZE name servers are pointing to is the website host- and that is suspended: 192.169.196.249

The IP 192.169.196.249 is a Godaddy web server - you will need to contact Godaddy to renew that suspended web hosting.
