Error with token when entering zoneedit

Hello good. I have problems entering zoneedit, when I enter my username and password it sends me a token to my email, but it does not arrive because my email domain does not work, and in order to solve it I have to enter zoneedit.
Could you help me?

Hello. Please email access @ zoneedit.com (remove the spaces) with your account details.
 
One thing I learned many many years ago is to NEVER use your domain email for things to do with your domain. It seems very counter intuitive but this very same issue pops up in a few places and the very best cure for it is to use something like gmail for your address, though I even put an asterisk in front of that now as you can not easily get to gmail form anywhere anymore, but you definitely want to use an address that is not under your own domain.
