Error when editing DNS records

Hi,

I've been trying to add a CNAME record to our DNS entry but when I do I'm getting an error:

zone check output:
dns_rdata_fromtext: :25: near eol: unexpected end of input

Though when I check the CNAME records afterwards the new entry is sitting there, but it's not getting propagated out to the nameservers.
I also get this error when I delete the new record from the CNAME records.

Any help would be appreciated.

hi again.. malformed RP record now removed and the zone is loading.

was the zone file imported or added manually?

Ah, I think that might have been me. We were initially trying to add an email to the record for cert verification, so I added an RP record then. I must've added it wrong.

Thanks for your help though, the CNAME is resolving fine now.
