Email Mailmaps - Not recieveing some emails

I have noticed that some emails people send me are not being recieved into my inbox. In the past I have recieved emails from Princess Cruises and Cunard Cruiselines, however in the last few months I have ceased recieiving emails from those companies using my maped address. I have requested a change in the address they use to now use the direct email address to gmail and I do now recieive them.

I was wondering if something has changed or if there may be a system error. I do recieve emails to my mailmap address from many other senders, but just not Princess and Cunard, at least that I am aware of. There could be others but I would not know.
 
please let me know your domain name and the email address based on that domain name.

thank you.. I am not seeing anything in the set up that should cayuse this... can you please, the next time this happens, let me know the sending and receiving addresses and as close of a time stamp to when it was sent as possible. regards.
