Does Zoneedit offer a free Dynamic DNS service like many other providers if I don't have my own domain?

I have not found anywhere where I could add a host to some existing domain.

Unfortunately, that is not a service we offer. You need your own domain if you wish to use DDNS with Zoneedit.
