Looks like this forum is nothing but a spam collector unfortunately and support isn't provided through this any longer. Hence I removed my original post. If the issue I originally reported won't go away I'll change to a different DNS even though I have been using zoneedit since the late 90s if I remember correctly and it has always been great.
