Domain Transfer Failed Message

Hi

I tried transferring one of my domains to ZoneEdit and I subsequently received an error message that it failed, and to select a link for more information, only to receive a message the following message (name masked)

Failed Transfers
The status of the transfer for xxxxeur.com does not allow for resubmission.

I clicked Get Support and filled in the form, only to receive the following message which is confusing as not only am I trying to transfer a domain to you, but I also have a domain registered with yourselves... Does trying to transfer a domain fall under the same umbrella as the point about tranferred or registered ? Its a bit confusing

Now given the message does suggest that if you are a paid member that the ticket will be handled... but I am left wandering... is it .. or is it not...

Could someone please let me know how do I get the transfer completed or resubmitted. Please PM me for the domain name if needed.
