About a week ago email stopped be delivered to my server.

I thought the Domain transfer was a done deal. I was charged, I paid, something has gone wrong.

I need it fixed ASAP,

Did the Transfer succeed?
According to easyDNS records it did.

However
Tucows Whois lookup returns ...
Domain Name: NEXUSTEXAS.NET
Registry Domain ID: 91795848_DOMAIN_NET-VRSN
Registrar WHOIS Server: whois.tucows.com
Registrar URL: http://tucowsdomains.com
Updated Date: 2015-11-05T04:48:05Z
Creation Date: 2002-11-01T18:58:42Z
Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2015-11-01T17:58:42Z

Who do i contact to get this straightened out?
Thanks in advance

Originally purchased this domain from tera-byte.com. I'm unsure w hy Tucows is even involved. I knew the domain was expiring, but was led to believe a registration transfer would include a 1 year renewal. Except for the Paypal charges I was never contacted by either registrar about problems with the transfer,

Hi Jay.

for the registrar transfer of nexustexas.net, we sent our registrar transfer confirmation email to the domains listed admin contact at bluzman@nexustexas.net
but it was never confirmed and timed out:
12-SEP-2015 07:15:23
Transfer timed out waiting for owner approval
I have resubmitted the request for you now.

I hope this helps.

thanks

resubmitted it how?
bluzman@nexustexas.net is no longer receiving email due to the domain expiry.
The nameservers were removed when the domain expired.

I'm unable to find any registrar transfer confirmation email received between 9/6/2015 and 9/12/2015. Which explains why it was never confirmed. Maybe, I never got the email. Maybe a Spam filter deleted it.

My goal in transferring the registration was to consolidate all my domains into one registrar, not to invalidate the admin contacts email address.
I'm confused as to how this can be fixed.
What do I need to do, besides pay for the transfer?
What else do you need to do now that you've accepted the payment for the transfer?
I need some explanations.
And who can I contact about changing the admin contacts email on an expired domain. Which was only possible before the registration transfer error resulted in the domain expiring.

Resubmitted through our registrars web interface... and sorry correct as the domain is delegated to
Name Server: NS1.RENEWYOURNAME.NET
Name Server: NS2.RENEWYOURNAME.NET

most likely email for the domain name would not work.

You would need to contact the current registrar

Registration Service Provider:
Tera-Byte Dot Com Inc
http://www.tera-byte.com/

and either update the whois contact email addresses to an email address that works for you or get a copy of the domains authorization code and pass it to me and I
can confirm the transfer for you.

thanks

I can't login to tera-byte.com either. My account there, needs a password reset. and of course I can't process that without responding to email sent to the nexustexas.net domain.
I can't even renew registration with them without logging in.
I just didn't see this coming.
I've sent tera-byte. com an email to inquire if they can provide any help.
I'm in their support queue, waiting for a response.

I had 2 options from tera-byte.com
1. Submit a request to change the Admin Contact by snail mail with copies of Photo ID's and a $50 processing fee.
2. Pay a $17.95 renewal fee over the phone and renew through tera-byte.com the reseller for Tucows.
I chose #2.
I had hoped to consolidate all my domain management with EasyDNS. Maybe I'll get it right next year when it's up for renewal again.
The domain is working again.
EasyDNS/ZoneEdit is 12 dollars richer,:(
Please do not attempt the registration transfer again.
I'll stay with Tera-byte.com/Tucows for now.

My fault I suppose.
Lesson learned, the Admin Contact email should never be an account from the same domain.
Otherwise this might happen.

thanks
Jay

wow...$50.00 for an admin fee change i'm a bit shocked at that.

I can add $12.00 worth of credits to your account if you like... and change the service level on NEXUSTEXAS.NET to free dns.. or paid dns.. which
wold you like?

thanks
