Domain not working anymore

Hello, Everything has been perfectly working with no issues for 2 years, but this morning the domain for our company stopped resolving correctly.

Website is not working (A record)
Email service is down (MX records)

ping command says the domain cannot be found.

What should we do? No settings had been changed on the control panel.

the domain is currently delegated to :

looks to be a recent change
