domain name is not responding consistently

Several users of my website have reported inconsistent response from my domain name over the past 1-2 weeks. My email to zoneedit tech support has gone unanswered for 3 days now.

The site still works when I use the hosting companies extension.

example: www.mywebsite.com does not work consistently
www.mywebsite.hostingcompany.com works well


Any ideas?

Well, in my case it seems like ns16 is the problem. DanS, not sure if you are using the same nameservers, but ns16.zoneedit.com is returning the wrong address, while ns14.zoneedit.com is returning the right address for my domains. Are you using ns16?
 
Baver, I just checked your account and I didn't find any of your domains using ns16 so I could check.
(as a complete aside, I couldn't help but noticing we are from the same hometown. Well, I was born and raised where you are now)

Oh nevermind I just noticed your previous post. It's rosehockey.com and it looks in sync on ns16 now

Our IP changed and ns14 updated properly. ns16 did not, so now 1/2 the time the domain isn't working
 
This is a dynamic DNS issue with ns16 - hope to have this fixed soon (today).
 
Ok, this should be good to go now.
Can anybody in this thread test their new IP against ns16 after their next update and let me know? (you don't have to put it back into your delegation)

I have my nameservers set to ns16 and ns18. ns18 updates properly each time I dynamically update the ip number via wget. ns16, however does not appear to update. Last attempted update today about 2 hours ago.
