Hi,
I have been running my own exchange server without any issues, my isp was providing me a static ip address.
2 days ago I changed isp & they only offer dynamic ip, I signed up for Zoneedit & everything seems be running fines web servers & I can receive email.
When i try send email I get the following error

Remote Server at gmail.com (2607:f8b0:4002:c03::1a) returned '400 4.4.7 Message delayed'
22/07/2015 12:40:04 AM - Remote Server at gmail.com (2607:f8b0:4002:c03::1a) returned '441 4.4.1 Error encountered while communicating with primary target IP address: "Failed to connect. Winsock error code: 10051, Win32 error code: 10051." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts. The last endpoint attempted was 2607:f8b0:4002:c03::1a:25'

Remote Server at mail.test.vic.edu.au (118.127.101.190) returned '400 4.4.7 Message delayed'
22/07/2015 12:51:59 AM - Remote Server at mail.test.vic.edu.au (118.127.101.190) returned '441 4.4.1 Error encountered while communicating with primary target IP address: "421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts. The last endpoint attempted was 118.333.101.190:25'

I checked with my isp and port 25 is not blocked.
I am not sure what I am missing here, this is my first DDNS setup
I have attached my setup in zoneedit control panel
Any help would be great.

You can't create a PTR in your forward zone, if you are on a dynamic IP you have to get your upstream connectivity provider to put a proper PTR on their IP addresses. Some mail servers automatically block IPs from dynamic ranges. If that's the case ask your ISP / connectivity provider if they provide some sort of mailout / relay.
