Control panel email address change issue

Hi all,

Legacy user here on ns8 + ns16 for cjo.ca domain.

Last night I updated the "email" and "alerts email" in the control panel (CP) "user information" section. The CP shows the new addresses but I am still receiving login alerts to the old previous email address instead of the new address.

Please advise.

hello,

There is an activity notification setting located under USER menu - Security- Activity Notifications where you can update that contact.
