CNAME Not updating

I have submitted two support tickets and have not received any help. This is keeping my client's from utilizing their Outlook program for office 365.

Our CNAME records are not updating for wlsdocs.com

I have replied to both your support tickets but there may be an issue with email for wlsdocs.com
so my last reply was to the different email address listed in your message.
has that support reply been received? sent to @nano.....
I was unable to find anything wrong with the Cnames in the zone file. We were announcing them exactly as they were entered on the DNS settings
of your zoneedit account
