Changing the username....And creating new users

Greetings All,

I am new to ZoneEdit. I have taken over for a colleague that has left. The colleague transferred ownership of the account to me, but I'd like to modify the username associated with the account.

Can someone please tell me how to change my username?

Also, I'd like to create login IDs for my 2 engineers so that they can make changes if I'm out sick or on vacation etc. Could someone explain how I can create 2 new login IDs as well?

hi there

you cannot change a user ID bit on the Domain Settings tab for all domain names there is a move link that will allow the movement of domain names between zoneedit accounts.
cFoe multiple access we do not offer multiple logins for any one account but we do offer domain portfolios that can be shared with one other user ID.
