cant change ip address

Trying to update ip address on 2 domains. One is refusing to change no matter what I do
I have successfully changed 3 of the 4

how do I get ZoneEdit staff to fix it

For those who may have a similar situation

We had the wrong IP address in our DNS server forward lookup zone "A" record
which obviously was over riding the Public ZoneEdit DNS settings
not sure why we even need an "A" record on our servers.

obviously from within the company any ping to the domain was resolving to the address in the "A" record

Outside of the company, it was/is working fine
Removed our server "A" record and all fine :)
