Can't access account.

Lost password and only recall two answer to security question.
Without password can't submit a ticket to request help resetting passoword.

Tried creating a new account to transfer domain with verify.zoneedit.com” ns entry.

Can't seem to login in to support portal with new account either and trigger the transfer.
...and now IP is banned after too many login atempts

So how do I either access my account or correctly create a new account to regain access?

Hi Sandy et al.
Had to let this go for awhile but back now attempting reset password or transfer to a new account.
Previous response was to contact "access@zoneedit.com", but this give email give me an error:
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<access@zoneeedit.com>
(reason: 550 Host unknown)

Not sure how to proceed to effect a password reset and regain access to account.

Thanks for any insight.

Hi. It's access @ zoneedit.com (remove the spaces in between).
