I have set up my new Domain in ZoneEdit with all the required information. Now the status is showing "DNS Ready: OK To Delegate" but I can not figure out what I do to make it active.

I think I have found the account... once we see zoneedit nameservers are delegated the domain is marked as active.

thanks

Hi Sandy, I'm also having this issue...
Have assigned the appropriate nameservers and still cannot seem to delegate my domain (tekin-res.net)
Thanks in advance!

Hi Danny.

the domain tekin-res.net is not currently a registered domain name.:

whois tekin-res.net

Whois Server Version 2.0

Domain names in the .com and .net domains can now be registered
with many different competing registrars. Go to http://www.internic.net
for detailed information.

No match for "TEKIN-RES.NET".

You can delete it from your members page via the Delete link on the domain settings tab... then click the Add a domain link on the left side bar to add the domain as a new domain name.

I hope this helps.

thanks

Ofcoarse, was silly to think it would be registered for free!

I have deleted and assigned a new one but getting the following error when adding zoneedit nameservers under the whois section:

Error
Sorry, your updates were not successful. The error message was:
[420] Command failed

Array
(
[response_code] => 415
[response_text] => Authentication Error.
