Can not access my account

Hi!



Today i’ve tried to access my account, after enter my username and password, it is said that “Invalid username-password combination.”

So i reset my password, everything seems ok as i received my new password. But when i tried to login, it is still the same error, “Invalid username-password combination.”

I’ve tried to reset password for several times, but still, i can not access my account. Every time i tried to login using new temp password, the system will show the error “Invalid username-password combination."

So what could i do now?

Well, seems system back to normal. I can login now.

Hello there,

If you try logging in too many times unsuccessfully in a row, the system will lock your account for a set period. The reason for this is to protect against brute force hacking attempts. If you did not wait long enough (15-20 minutes) and tried logging in again, it would reset the timer. What likely happened is you left it long enough for the account to unlock and then used your current password reset info which worked.
