I'm getting intermittent responses to DNS queries against my domain (cyberjunk.com) and email is taking upwards of 10 minutes to forward or is being dropped completely. (I'm forwarding mark@cyberjunk.com to mjohnmorgan@hotmail.com)
Are there any issues with NS3 and NS4 at the moment?

Yes, I switched the NS records back to Godaddy temporarily and mail is moving more quickly through the godaddy forwarders. I usually prefer using the zoneedit email forwarding because Godaddy often gets blacklisted and I get total email drops.
Is it possible that zoneedit is blacklisted now as well?
The strange thing is, I was getting FLOODED with ripoff spam email about two weeks ago. Suddenly, that has completely stopped. Regular emails dropped to a trickle and legitimate emails that I initiate from other accounts (like work and gmail for testing) were taking a VERY long time (sometimes up to 10 min) or dropped completely.
