Hello,
We recently transferred our DNS record ownership from an IT company and now manage this in-house.
The IT company used ZoneEdit for our DNS records and we kept that the same. So, DNS records are still with ZoneEdit, just managed by us now, not the IT company.
We recently received an email that our account usage has depleted our ZoneEdite credits:
"Your account usage has depleted your credits and is now past due.
In order to avoid Suspension of your DNS servics, please log into your
Zoneedit account and add credits as soon as possible"
Please help me understand. I was under the impression that DNS hosting with ZoneEdit is free.
Do we need to purchase credits in order to keep our DNS records live?
If so, how can we see our usage so we know how many credits should be purchased?
Regards,
Mike
