2FA verification emails massively delayed

Hi folks!

I'm using zoneedit since ages and up to now I've always been happy with it, just:

When I login to my account, I'm supposed to receive a 2FA token on my email.
This mail is massively delayed, so my login is no longer working.
Following I see in the message header of those emails:

Looks like the system "cp.easydns.com (egate.easydns.net [64.68.203.44])" is playing limbo for more than 8 minutes before handing this email further to "mailer.easydns.com (mailer.easydns.com [64.68.202.15])".

Am I the only one with this problem?
Is there anything I can do about/against this? Whietlisting etc. did not improve that thing in any way.

Forget about it. Not sure what it was, but my mailgateway was refusing the first few attempts...
Might be an SPF issue.. Case closed for now ;-)
