We have attempted again - same credit purchase - tried on 2 different browsers still getting error - An error occurred while we tried to process your payment

We are attempting to purchase 3 different cards attempts - tried lowering the credits to purchase lower cost - same error

I just attempted to place the purchase via paypal - credits are not showing up - paypal accepted payment - can you check on your end to see that is shows posted
