Looking for an admin who can help:
I'm trying to add home.r...com and remote.r...com to my legacy account as free zones (I have 2 slots left, my account name is r...).
When I try to add them I get an error that the domain doesn't exist.
Doing some research, it appears subdomains can't be added in the customer portal but need to be added by an admin?
Years ago I was able to delegate other subs on the same domain without a problem but I think the interface has changes.
I appreciate any help with this and I really appreciate that Zoneedit still offers this free service, which is great for a hobby user like myself!
As a side note, I tried several times to make an account for this support forum but my first attempt got rejected right away and the second attempt got rejected after waiting for review for a few days. I was successful in signing up on the third try.
