If we try to access our website, we receive the following error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This means anyone that tries to go to our website will receive this error and I'm not sure how to fix it. We don't have a standard IT department. The guy who helps us periodically with IT advised me to reach out to zoneedit for assistance with the error but I can only post in the forums. UGH!
