Thanks for your time but I have never had to contact DOMAIN.COM. LLC as I renew my hosting direct through my PayPal whenever the hosting is about to expire. There used to be a bottom that allows one to renew. I used to receive emails saying when the service would expire and I click and renew.
Am more confused. It please see below one of my old mails on renewal
We’ve changed the way we communicate with you about your domains. From now on, instead of getting individual notices about each of your domains we will be sending you this consolidated report, once a week, showing any domains in your account that are set to expire within 90 days. If you have an expiring service associated with these domains you will receive a separate renewal reminder as the service approaches expiration.
To renew domains select the domains from the list you want to renew and click “renew domains.” Or to set your account up for Auto Renew, simply click the button below.
If you don’t want to get any more notices regarding these domains you can remove them from the reminder list. However, as long as you have at least one domain that is set to expire within 90 days you will receive this weekly report.
I believe the legacy zoneedit may have had a partnership with Domain.com but that would have been dissolved in the fall of 2014 when zoneedit was purchased by easyDNS.
This was unknown at the time of the purchase that this registration partnership existed.
As such you would need to contact domain.com and pri=ove to them that you are the domain owners so you can access the domains registration through them,
Many thanks Sandy.
I will contact domain.com and hope it all works out well. Please whilst we are discussing this issue can you please tell me what VIPER ROOT means? When I try thekingdomofife.com that's what I get.
