HELP

For the last 3 days anyone sending email to rowing.ausportnet.com is immediately receiving the bounce email below

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

tony.rice@rowing.ausportnet.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain rowing.ausportnet.com by rowing.ausportnet.com.s9a1.psmtp.com. [74.125.148.10].

The error that the other server returned was:
554 Relay Access Denied - psmtp

I have searched the Google Apps forum (as they are our front end UI) and it appears that there may be issues with the positini servers and the MX records that direct mail to Google. I don't know anywhere near enough about this but need to get our email back up and running for our business asap. In a whois search zoneedit came up at the name server using

Name Server: NS13.ZONEEDIT.COM
Name Server: NS9.ZONEEDIT.COM

Can you please assist me. I gather I am on a free account but this entire solution was set up by another system admin who is no longer with us and I have limited details about who are what were used.

Regards, Tony

Did this get sorted Tony? I know you were speaking with Rahul behind the scenes.
