ns12 appears to be not updating

Dear,
I noticed that today ns12 does not appear to be updating. A change in ip for one of my domains is seen in control panel, and supposed to be updated on ns12 and ns18. ns18 is updated, ns12 is however not.
tried several times today.
it is annoying as this means sometimes site is reachable, sometimes not.
maybe this may be related to the mentioned "re-activated zone files not loading properly" issue ?

Indeed ns12 not updating
Tried several times now. Also adding new subdomain -> ns12 says ** server can't find xxxxx: NXDOMAIN, but ns18 knows the new one.

We may have found the underlaying issue. What was happening here is that the master did not have the proper nameservers listed which we have corrected.

Please let me know if the issue persists.
